Our current class schedule

Our DLAXFIT Step Class is held every Monday night. Doors open at 8:00 PM, with the class kicking off promptly at 8:15 PM. This is your dedicated hour to invest in a healthier mindset and a stronger body. No matter your fitness level, you're welcome here.
